Mark Malkoff, was looking for a temporary residence while his apartment was being fumigated, when he came up with great idea to ask the local IKEA for permission to stay for free in the store. IKEA agreed and allowed him to move in for an entire week. This move also allow IKEA a good dose of free real-time publicity: Mark documents his experience 24/7 on Marklivesinikea.com (which of course includes plenty of product demonstrations) and manage to generate a million hits daily. In addition to that IKEA managed to reinforce their image as a good nature company.
Side note: this guy seems to be pretty irritating though...
